My therapeutic approach is grounded in Jungian analytic psychology and informed by the mystical philosophy of Rumi, emphasizing meaning-making, self-awareness, and psychological integration. I view emotional distress as a symbolic expression of unconscious material and an opportunity for growth rather than solely pathology. Influenced by Jung’s concept of individuation and Rumi’s understanding of suffering as transformative, therapy focuses on fostering insight, authenticity, and wholeness. In practice, I utilize depth-oriented interventions including exploration of dreams, symbols, shadow work, and existential inquiry to support emotional regulation and personal transformation. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative and compassionate, aiming to help clients integrate disowned aspects of the self, develop resilience, and reconnect with purpose and inner strengths.
Clinically, treatment interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT is utilized to address anxiety, depression, anger, and insomnia through evidence-based, solution-focused interventions that strengthen coping skills, self-awareness, and problem-solving. DBT is applied with individuals presenting with emotional dysregulation, impulse control difficulties, and related interpersonal trauma, with treatment goals focused on mood regulation and self-efficacy. ACT targets maladaptive fear patterns and low self-esteem associated with value incongruence, utilizing mindfulness and behavioral strategies to support values-based functioning and psychological flexibility

Not everyone is deserved to have access to our mind, our time, or our peace. The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts. ----some people try to stain our soul on purpose. Four sign to prove it:
